amazing stay, was superb!

convenient location efficient staff daily cleaning smooth experience

the location is super convenient near many bus lines taxis are easy to get i walked to rambla and the cathedral lots of stores and restaurants are close. the room got cleaned daily without asking a big plus! i found the front desk staff very friendly and efficient too i liked that. i had a really smooth experience.

the wi-fi was a little slow sometimes but it wasn't a big deal for me

Staff showed good attitude. The room featured adequate space for luggage. The daily room service offered fresh towels. The proximity to local attractions allowed easy exploration of nearby points of interest.

The sound insulation was not sufficient. I experienced disturbance from external street noise. This impacted the quality of rest during the night.

i found the location convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the room was very clean, a real plus for me. i appreciated the friendly staff, always ready to help with directions and recommendations. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices to start the day.

the elevator was quite small, sometimes causing a bit of a wait.

small room broken air conditioning

the location was acceptable, close to the fontana metro station.

The single room i received felt small, it was maybe 8 or 9 sqm. i found very little natural light too... the air conditioning was broken. There was no remote control so i couldn't even try to turn it on.
